| Directions: Saute onion, garlic, and tomatoes in oil and add flour and stir until blended and bubbly. Add next 7 ingrediants and bring to a boil. Salt and pepper soup to taste and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. Add macaroni and cook until tender. Just before serving add cheese. Enjoy with crusty french bread and a glass of Wooden Valley Merlot
